Chong Ke mainly practices in the area of civil litigation and family law.
Chong obtained a master of law from Peking University Law School and a bachelor of law from China University of Political Science and Law. She passed the National Judicial Examination in China in 2006 and had numerous law-related work experiences in China, including an internship with a Beijing-based law firm specialized in litigation and medical dispute.
In 2007, Chong came to Canada as an international student, pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy in law and society at the University of Victoria. Afterwards, Chong continued on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2018.
With Chong’s legal background in China and Canada, she is familiar with the different aspects of both the Canadian and Chinese legal system.
Chong has volunteered with a number of organizations including universities, daycare centres, and non-profit organizations and she is a strong believer in giving back to the community.
She is fluent in Mandarin and Sichuanese Mandarin both English and Chinese.
In her spare time, Chong enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, jogging, swimming, and watching movies.
